Orders

Orders are placed directly through WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after our team confirms product availability, delivery charges and payment details with you.

Product information

We take care to present products accurately. Natural spices may vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture between batches.

Pricing and delivery

Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Delivery availability, cost and timing are confirmed during the WhatsApp ordering conversation.

Returns

Please contact us within 48 hours if your order is damaged or incorrect. Due to the nature of food products, opened items cannot usually be returned.
